Agoras does not receive visitors and has no telephone support. Support requests are answered by e-mail or on Discord, normally within two working days; Premier members receive priority.

Complaints and disputes

Complaints go to mail@agor.as. Agoras aims to respond within 14 days and to resolve complaints within 30 days. Agoras is not affiliated with a consumer dispute resolution body. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform has been discontinued.

Agoras and the Agoras logo are trademarks of Agoras. All content on agor.as and in the Service, including software, texts and design, is protected by copyright and database rights and may not be reproduced without permission. Names and logos of marketplaces and other third parties belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify them.

Disclaimer

Agoras is a sourcing tool. Purchases are always made in the User's own name, independent of which proxy service is used, and Autobuy places orders without Agoras ever owning the item. The Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy govern use of the Service.
